Questions, bugs, or a Tableau incident Scout didn't catch? Email eric@tableauops.com and you'll hear back from Eric Summers directly, usually within one business day (US Mountain Time).

1.Contact

Email eric@tableauops.com. Include your Tableau site name and, for the iPhone app, the app version from the You tab. For privacy requests, write to privacy@tableauops.com.

2.Scout for iPhone

  • Signing in.Enter the email on your TableauOps account and we'll send a 6-digit code. Accounts are created at tableauops.com/scout, not in the app.
  • No account yet?Tap “Explore with demo data” on the sign-in screen to try Scout against a sample environment.
  • Face ID. Turn the app lock on or off in the You tab.
  • Alerts. If incident alerts stop arriving, check that notifications for Scout are allowed in iOS Settings, then sign out and back in to re-register the device.
